2. Informational & Estimation Tool Disclaimer

All calculations, formulas, estimates, invoice templates, and CSV manipulation tools provided by UtilityFinch are provided strictly for general administrative and informational purposes. They do not constitute certified accounting, audit, tax, or legal advice.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any calculations, invoices, or tax figures before relying on them for statutory returns or commercial agreements.

3. User Content & Documents

You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all documents, invoices, text, and estimates generated using the Service. Because documents are compiled in your browser memory, UtilityFinch makes no claim of ownership or license over your generated files.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UtilityFinch and NexxelDigital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of errors in calculations, lost profits, or business interruption resulting from the use of the Service.
